The Estimating department here at Neat Steel calculates the amount of reinforcing steel and concrete accessories for foundations, slab on grades, CMU and ICF walls. We provide shop drawings and/or bar lists for construction, including projects both large and small.

After receiving plans for a project we pull out all the reinforcing steel in pounds and accessories for review/approval by the customer. If necessary, provide shop drawings or bar list depending on the project. Once approved we fabricate according to the shop drawings or barlist. Each fabricated piece of rebar would be tagged including the job information/part description. We also provide technical support, if needed, for rebar placement according to the shop drawings.
